Wenlock footpaths and walks

The Wenlock Footpaths Group are volunteers who, with the help of Shropshire Council and the Shropshire Hills AONB Leader Programme, have planned and developed five short circular walks around the surrounding countryside. Now a new trail around Wenlock for disabled people has been opened as part of museum refurbishment.

Still on the subject of walks, the Friends of Much Wenlock Museum offer guided walking tours of the town (daytime or evenings) at a cost of £1.50 per person, given as a donation to help support the museum.

To book a tour telephone Julia Bailey on 01952 728012 or seeshropshirewalking.co.uk/much-wenlock.php for more details.
