Guiding lights

Three Bridgnorth Guides have earned the highest award a Guide can attain: the Baden Powell Challenge Award. The Mayor of Bridgnorth Cllr Whittle attended a meeting to present certificates to Katie Harris, Ellie Morgan and Hannah Osborne.

The girls undertook 10 challenges independently on five different aspects of Guiding: healthy lifestyles, global awareness discovery, skills and relationships and celebrating diversity. They then went on an overnight adventure to meet other Shropshire Guides who have completed the same award.
