A successful series of business masterclasses continues this winter with two Directors’ Briefings in November. The first is an afternoon session on Wednesday 7 November at 3pm, when Jonathan Ritson will lead on the subject of Commercial Leases. He’ll cover what they need to include from a landlord and a tenant perspective, what to look out for when negotiating terms, and some common default scenarios.
A session on Effective Trading Terms takes place on Tuesday 13 November, with an 8am start; this will be examining how to best protect your business with good enforceable trading terms.
