Festive Fayre returns

Much Wenlock Christmas Fayre will be held once again this December after Covid restrictions prevented last year’s event.

“We are so delighted to announce the Much Wenlock Christmas Fayre will return this year on Saturday December 4 and it is shaping up to be one of the very best,” said Fayre committee chairman Lesley Ingram.

“We sadly had to cancel last year’s Fayre because of Covid restrictions and we know many people were disappointed, as it is a hugely popular event attracting visitors from far and wide.

“This year, as always, there will be festive entertainment for all the family and although there won’t be indoor stalls because of ongoing Covid concerns, there will be an amazing range of outdoor stalls on town streets and the Church Green, selling everything you could possibly have on your Christmas shopping wish list!

“We really look forward to welcoming both townspeople and visitors to this year’s Fayre. Let’s make it one to remember!”

There are still a limited number of stall spaces available, for details and to apply visit the Fayre’s website at www.wenlockchristmasfayre.org.uk
